XSVCD with AC3 Audio

I've been making some XSVCD's, and muxing in the original AC3 audio, and my standalone seems just fine about it; however it seems to want the audio stream to be at 0xC0, and will not play sound 'till I set it to 0x80. Is there a way I set this at mux time rather than at playtime?

How did you mux the ac3 to mpeg2 video? There is no proper program/tool to be able to do that(= then it can be correctly played back in standalnoes), so far I know.

using bbmpeg; author to 'MPEG-2'; not SVCD, then use nero to burn as SVCD.
What can I say; it's not complaint, but works in my standalone.
