Final movie is not being cropped..

I've been working with Gknot for almost a year now and I had no major problems yet, but the last 2 movies I've encoded were not cropped although I did select the auto crop function and the smart crop after that, the only thing I think I did differently is that I saved the avs and the settings at night and I reopened the d2v and started encoding the next morning (the movies were both sized at the correct resolution but weren't cropped) , should I set everything up from the start only when I am about to encode ? This worked well in the past and so I don't see any reason why it's not working now. Any suggestions ?

Look in the .avs file you used with notepad. You should be able to find a line that says Crop(<some number>). How does it look? Alternatively, post you entire .avs file here.

I'll check the avs out, if I haven't erased everything from my hard drive that is, thanks for the small tip though, I know what to look for now, if I haven't erased the avs I will post it later on tonight, since I am at work now..
