Chapters not created

Been creating SVCD's for about a month and can't get chapters to work on my stand alone player ( which supports PBC chapters ) or on the PC using powerdvd.
Any idea what I'm doing wrong ?? Have attached logs.

We're supposed to use cut and paste. If you still have this issue, give it a try and see if you don't get a little help. Good luck.

I gather I'm supposed to cut and paste from the final mixed mpg to create the separate chapters as per the chapters log. What program can I do this with ???

I think you misunderstood. The forum rule is to use cut and paste for putting your log files into a post. I don't know if I can help you with your issue, and by attaching your log instead of using cut and paste, that tells all the mods and old hands that you haven't read the guides, FAQ's, or done any real research, and will leave you with guys like me that don't know anything yet. Search button is a powerful too in here.
