Ripping PGC's from a dvd already on my harddrive?

Ok, I made the mistake of ripping a dvd to my harddrive using file mode in decrypter. But I noticed that it contains multiple pgc's. Therefore I need to use the ifoedit/cce method. But to do this I need to have ripped each pgc seperately using IFO mode...... correct?

If so, is there anyway to do this as I dont have the orignal dvd anymore?

If you have Nero, you can create a DVD image from the files on hard disk using Nero then use the Nero virtual drive utility to mount the image, then use DVD Decrypter to rip the PGCs.
Otherwise, from memory, I think smartripper allows you to rip PGC from files already on the hard disk.
