Hey guys, just looking for a program that will take German audio and convert it to English. I don't need to change any video aspects. Please LMK if you know of any program that will do this. Thanks in advance. :)

P.S Can I use VirtualDub? TMPG somehow?

Damn, are you serious? I swear I had seen it in a program before where you could pick the language you would like a given file to encode in.

darn, I swear I've seen a lot of programs, some of them doing the laundry, brew coffee, cook meals, go to the dentist instead of me... actually useful programs but I haven't seen a program translating movie audio tracks into other languages ;)

on the other side... hmmm... anyone who'd like to program that ? that'd be the studios' delight ! you could become real rich !

cheers

he might try speech-to-text, translate the text through babelfish, then text-to-speech.
The result for sure will beat the best Monty Python comedies, no matter what film you take :D :p
