I been trying for days to convert divx to svcd piles of coasters later no further ahead the conversion goes ok the picture Q is great but I get the dreaded audio sync problems…grrr, here’s the process I’ve used and what I’ve tired hope somebody can help me.
1) I check the file in v.dub to get the frame rate, audio sampling frequency & extract audio if vbr mp3
2) I load the files into tmpgenc select the correct template i.e. ntsc_film for 23.976 hit encode
3) I split the file with bbmpeg & then burn with vcd easy.

I’ve checked the audio & video lengths match & that original is in sync, I’ve tried extracting the audio I’ve tried re-muxing the finished file and burning it at lower speeds, I know the players can play s/vcds ok so I’m lost. Heeeelp
Ps All programs are latest versions and my DVD player is a bush 2004(not version A)
