Goonies backup

I am trying to backup Goonies DVD to DVD-R. I rip it with DVDecrypter and follow the method in the basic guide on the website. However, no matter what I do to strip vobids and menus, etc., I have the trailer at the beginning and no sound till the 2nd vob. The only mention I found to an issue similar was in the DVD audio section where a user mentions multiple streams. I played with the various streams to no avail. Has anyone any advice or method that works for them?
