PAL to NTSC

I bought several European movies.
When I got them I found out that my DVD Player does not play PAL DVD's I tried to reencode them to NTSC using CCE I failed to do that because CCE does not have settings to transfer PAL to NTSC.
Then I tried TMPGEnc using NTSC preset when I tried to import this NTSC file in DVDMaestro I got a massage that stream is not supported.
I tried to play with different settings in TMPGEnc, but I still get the same massage in Maestro.
I'd very appreciate any help on this subject.

You'll probably have to use Avisynth (or VirtualDub) to resize the video accordingly and also change the framerate.

No, I'm not going to tell you here how to do it - it has most likely been discussed several times before. Use the search and you should find something useful. Or learn how to use Avisynth, which would be the best thing to do. You're gonna need it sometime anyway:cool:
