Derrow,

I know you've been busy of late and I've been pretty much in the background reading up ifoedit issues. It's time for me to bring more food to the table. So far, a few poeple has come forth and brought up that authoring new dvd in ifoedit 0.95 produces less chapters and inconsistent celltimes. I get exactly the same problem and I follow the guide very strictly.

What I like really love about ifoedit 0.95, besides being freeware, is the ability to have subtitles and I thank you for that on a job well done. Since I'm still on win98SE, Spruceup works flawlessly for me but I don't have subtitles and extra audio. I've been trying to backup dvds everyday for over a week now and my failure rate is 100%. It doesn't matter if I'm doing a NTSC or NTSC Film. I've also done transcoded and non-transcoded m2vs.

I noticed that you haven't responded to any of the previous threads on this matter. I would sleep a lot better if you replied that it's a big bug and that it's on your fix list. I'm still a newbie to backing up dvd since I only got my burner last month. I feel I don't have a need at this moment to start using the higher-end authoring programs. Again, I know you're busy but I really need a little reply for a boost of confidence.

Oh I want to donate via Palpal but Paypal needs the authentication digits off my card which has been worned off by lots of swiping. The only fix for that is getting a new card.

By the way, my ifoedit 0.95 still keeps reverting to 0.94 and my bandaid fix for that is to delete the ifoedit.ini file in windows directory. Is it because I have win98SE?
