I discovered an amazing thing about this forum. The search function actually works and works well. In many forums you can search for hours and get nothing back.
Well done.:)

So....did you get squared away with the title picture issue?

Well I did a bit of reading as suggested and made sure my ASPI layer was installed correctly (which it wasn't. I'd reistalled W2K since then and lost it) and then used another little proggy to authenticate the DVD drive.
Result. I'm in business.
BUT . . .
Trouble is after a very long time encode (and I mean very very long) I ended up with a burnable MPEG2 but only got one 30 minute episode out of the the six that are on the DVD.
Talk about frustrating.
I also ended up with two MPEGs which are virtually the same.
I'm beginning to think it may be my TMPG settings that are at fault? Does DVD2SVCD control these or do you need to set them manually? I'm also a little confused about whether I should be burning from the MPEG files or bin/cue files?

Doesn't sound like you have the guides to refer to, you really need to get them first thing.
Encoding time is relative to your program settings and hardware configuration. CCE is faster then TMPG, and how slow is "slow"?
Burn the cue/bins, mount them with Daemon. There's another guide for that. I'm really jammed for time, let me know if this helps. I think you're close, but you need to do some digging. Go to Doom9's forum and get the guides, they will explain all of this.
Good luck.......ammck55
