Divx5 + AC3 playback using wmp64 very sluggish

I looked at performance manager and wmp64 hovers around 44%. I've read a post my Matter that using nandub makes great syncs. Well it's sync. It's just sluggish. Any suggestion?

My system is in my sig. Thank you.

If only in panning camera movement, it's an interleaving problem with Ac3 and I suggest you to use interleave audio every 64 ms in Nundub's settings. Read also Ac3 faq posted as topic in this forum. If you want to use several values for interleave settings I remember you must not multiplex all video with Ac3, but you can select a few seconds clip from the film (use the ones with panning camera movements) and set the best value (use mmultiple of 32) 4 your system testing every clip.

I always use 96ms for Interleaving / 96 ms Preload (no matter what bitrate / no matter how many channels)
Works just fine.
