Simple Sub Question

I read the Q+A but I'm still foggy. Say I want to just get the simple subtitles from a movie that is in English already. I just want the subs from when the aliens talk. To do this do I just rip with "Permanent Subs" selected to English?:confused:

Thanks for the hint. It was enough to get me going. All I did was write down the first sub I saw in the movie and chose perm subs and rip and convert. When the subs option poped up I unchecked the unwanted stream and selected the one I wanted. "The first (alien) sub" showed seperate from the others.

Thats exactly why I wrote that short article, after I figured it out. Why reexplain it over and over? I hope that next time you are looking for something, you key it into the search engine first. Works more often than you think...
