Hi tech brothers!

I have a question I don't have an answer for: what strategy is the best when connecting devices to the PCI slots? Which PCI slots should carry which devices? Are there PCI slots with a higher priority in the system or are they all equal?

Are there also similar strategies for IDE devices?

In theory, the PCI-priority should be given according to necessity (But VIA chipsets don't support this properly anyway)

Do don't assign it at all, the chipset does it.
