are there any advantages to smoothing chroma and luma seperately in terms of quality?
while reading example scripts that perform this opearation i noticed they all contain a 'merge' command. what is this for? if you first run a temporal smoother with high chroma/luma values and then a spatial with high chroma/luma values on the same file, what is the merge for?
i'm just a little confues by it all. :confused:
