auto play

i am looking for a divx / xvid / vcd / svcd /dvd player with auto dection when i insert a disc in my drive. divxos is nice .. but
there are other players?

You didnt say which OS you where running I am assuming win98se or below since XP has this assignment option built in now. You just need a command line compatible player zoom player, micro dvd, wmp6.4 placed within a small text file called autorun.inf heres a old microdvd version. I believe

[autorun]
open=MDVDP.EXE movie.avi

heres wmp6.4 not sure if the options are at the end

[autorun]
open=start mplayer2.exe movie.avi /fullscreen /play /close

Probably alot more other methods with autoplay menu media makers.
