TMPG off the Timeline...

Hi

I have been encoding from my Prem 6 timeline using Matrox IBP export to create .M2V files. I have an RT2500 card and an Athlon chip. My results are good but I am becoming frustrated by my lack of control and want to try something better.

I don't want to have to render my movie and I believe that there is a way to frameserve from the timeline using TMPG but I don't have the know how - can anyone help ?

Any PAL DVD template or other comments on quality encoding generally gratefully received.

CCE has a premiere export plugin, and Premiere 6.5 has a mpeg-2 encoder out of the box. not sure about tmpgenc tho, might have to frameserv it.
