How to use IFOEdit to author two movies for one disc

Hi all, maybe this is a simple question, but I still need help. I want to use ifoedit to author a dvd. My goal is to put two seperate video/audio files on it. I know I won't have a menu to navigate but I thought I would author one then the other. Obviously the problem is then how to rename them so they corespond correctly when the DVD player plays them back. For example the first movie would be vts_01_0.vob, etc... The second one would then be vts_02-0.vob, etc...
How do I do this. Thanks for the help.

You can put all your vob files (and no IFO) in one directory (VTS_01_1.vob and so no) as the _0 is for menus usually.
Then start ifoedit alone (not by double clicking on an ifo) then click creates new IFO.

You're done. But no menus, green color for the sub if any, no language name, and chapters but decided by IfoEdit not by you.
You can then update the ifo with correct sub color, lang. names.

Thanks for the reply, but let me ask it again for specifically. I have two raw mp2 video and associate audio files that I want to author with ifoedit and put both movies on one DVD. No menu, just hit the track advance key to select the next movie (I'm pretty sure this will work). I assume I should author each one independently and rename the second one's vob files to vts_02_1.vob , etc. Then copy both video's vobs together in a single directory without the the ifos and _0.vob files. Then create ifo. Is this correct? Thanks for the help.

Yes. I think it will work. But I never test that (2vts and Ifo creation with Ifoedit). But I am quite sure Deroow though about that and that's in already. If not, I am sure he will like this new feature to implement :-)

Thanks and no problem, but I need a hand. I authored the two movies and I tried to rename the second one. But when I try to create an ifo for it, it only wants to do the first vob file. Any suggestions. Thanks,

You might try the process of using VOBEdit to "join clips" for all of your VOB files and select VOB ID 1 for the starting VOB ID. Rename your vob files sequentially (i.e. vts_01_001.vob, vts_01_002.vob, etc.). Then open VOBEdit and open the first newly renamed vob file. From the only menu item, select "join clips". After you click O.K. enter the starting number you want for the first VOB ID. VOBEdit will create all new vob files in 1 Gig chunks. Then you should be able to create new IFOs for those vob files using IFOEdit.
