Hi Friends,
I use FitCD1.5 to calculate the AVG bitrate to make SVCD (more than 80 SVCD I maked) In this days i change CCE 2.5 to 2.66 and the produced video file smaller than before about ~20megs.
The early SVCDs I've encoded with CCE 2.5 fits the CD media based on FitCD1.5 AVG bitrate. I've changed only the encoder to CCE 2.66 but everything like frameserver, bitrate calculator, audio converter are same.
Sombody knows why smaller the video?
