i have a downloaded episode of buffy encoded with DivX5 with a low bitrate.
the video is in ntsc format (352*240@29.97fps), the image is okay though there is some pixelation and noise.
i've just recently got avisynth and i'm just testing various things out, though i find it a lot harder at the moment than vdub (for obvious reasons).
but basically i was just wondering if anybody could post an example code that could help me clear out the noise and stuff and also get it to pal (so a framerate conversion).
as long as i had the base code i could try tweaking the settings/parameters and that myself until i got the best results.
