I made 2 XCD DivX 5.0.2 & OGG Rips. One of X-Men and one of South Park Movie.
Sout Park hangs at 25 sec, but I can seek on the cd,the rest seems fine and X-men hangs at 54 seconds.
Both r overburned
South Park: 80:39
X-Men: 80:17
Its not much, but it doesnt play in my pioneer dvd player (slot in one, for pc), does in my burner. So is it because xdc or overburning? Please help me out.

Overburning isn't a very good idea, but this sounds to me like a software problem (maybe a conflict between some filters) instead of a hardware problem (the compatibility problems with some DVD drives is already known). The filter still doesn't handle reading errors very well, so this may be related to the overburning (try to seek to the end of the file, or copy it "as is" to the HD and play it). A log file captured with DebugView while playing would be useful, too.

Well the burner does read it and it can copy it to HD, but the DVD player doesnt. But that it doesnt read properly can be due to overburning? Even at the first minute of the file?
But thnx 4 ur reply.

If u can see something it's not beacause overburing, it's because ur DVD reader is crappy reading CDs. Buy a Lite-On LTD-163 DVD drive, it can read CDs upto 99:59:99
