Just doing the Band Of Brothers and its based on a single VOB set with 3 PGCs. The first two are movie files in 16:9 format. The third is the WB logo short clip in 4:3 format.

Sorted eveyrhting out upto the point where I need to remux it all together and i keep getting this error:

scene boundary at 00:40:51;05
Error There is no PGC in Domain<Title_3>.
Error PreCheck From DB failed
Error DVD files could not be created

The PGC in title is there with no chapters as its not required. Is this anything to do with the fact that when setting the options at the start of creating a Scenarist project that I selected 16:9 as default for the project and PGC is 4:3????

Any help to shed light on this is much appreciated.

I normally use Maestro for all my authoring but I thought I'd Scenarost a try this time round....

Thanks

Please excuse my ignorance but I've just realised that it didnt link my PGC3 in the layout editor due to it being in 4:3 format!

Heres what i got:

Error Aspect Ratio<16:9> in this Track<VTS_01_1 - 0xE0 - Video -_1> is different from the one<4:3> in VTS:<VTS_1> Title

AFAIK, all the PGCs in any given titleset have to be the same aspect ratio. For this purpose, I have created dummy (ie extremely short blank) m2v files in both 4:3 ratio and 16:9 ratio to drop into PGCs as needed to 'pad out' a disc and hence remove things like WB logos.

Why not do that? Make a 0.5second blank m2v file in 16:9 aspect ratio and put it where the WB logo would normally go. That way, you would never see the logo and the disc would run as required.

I hope I understood your problem correctly, BTW!
(PS send me a PM if you need my blank files; they are very small)
