Hi folks,
I have just installed PowerDVD on my new computer, but it crashes instantly (without any error message) every time I insert certain DVDs. When I try ZoomPlayer instead, it does not crash but pops up the message
Key Exchange For DVD Copy Protection Failed
I can choose between "Ok" and "Ignore" but the result is the same, the dvd doesn't play.
Btw., I have an Artec DVD drive, and DVD ripping works without any problems. Also, i have upgraded the firmware to the latest version and the region code of the drive and the one of the DVDs are identical. The problem occurred on two of the three DVDs I tried (the third played ok).
What could be problem, and what can I do about it?
