CCE and Saving Private Ryan

I just got through making a backup of SPR with CCE 2.64 on a DVD-R (120 min.). Acording to the calculator I set the CBR to 3000. When I play the movie it is real jittery. Any suggestions to make it better:?

Yes. Use VBR. Using CBR results in a lot of wasted bits -- SPR includes a lot of action and camera movement, it really needs VBR to get quality on a DVD-R.
