I am experimenting with scenerist, i understand maestro allmoast completely, but scenerist is a tough cookie :) I have made it so far, that i have the movie "The One" with jet li that i made bmp's of all menu's, made my own subpictures, made buttons, made al links, even some easter eggs of my own, besides the 2 that are allready on the dvd, re-encoded all the video tracks, made the VIDEO_TS with the 5 PGC's, added all the subs to all VTS-ES, so the movie is pretty much done, the only thing i need to do, is make the menu's actually do something.. Changing subs and audio streams is not that hard if u try a few, but linking to PGC's is hard, i can only manage to link to PGC's inside the VTS where the menu resides also, so i am wondering how to access the parts in other VTS parts... thanx in advance for the help that might come :P

make a dummy pgc in the VMG and link the menu to it and then link the pre-command of the dummy to the pgc you want. That's what i understand of dummy pgcs. Haven't tried many though.... Hope it helps.
I don't know how to make a really empty dummy, but simply use a very small pgc to do the required dirty job ;-)
Alternatively you can make a language-folder in a vts, make a submenu in it and link the main menu to that submenu. From there you can link to any pgc you want inside the vts.
If anyone has a link to a comprehensive explanation of dummies, let's hear it!
