Hi Guys,
Im working with a 99% FILM progressive source (Rat Race dvd) and I encoded it with 3 passes and while using the decomb filter to remove the lines. As you can tell I very new at this :D The problem that I am having is the video seems a hair laggy, but not out of sync. IT almost goes un noticed but I can tell its there. can someone point me to a guide or possibly tell me what options I should be using?
