PALBG to NTSC

Hey,

I have a vga card with NTSC TV-Input that i use for capturing. The TV standard in my country is PAL B&G instead. Does anyone know if it is possible to convert the PAL BG signal into NTSC signal that can be processed by my TV-Tuner and how? All ideas, suggestions and solutions are welcome.

Which software do you use? Have you tried selecting the PAL B standard in the options of that software if available? Which card is that?
