Hi Everybody,

i got Problems with my DVD-Rips, the
Picture has sometimes artifact and small blocks
and drop outs every few seconds. I`m not sure what to
do. In I/O Settings (Decryptor) i changed the value to
"wnaspi" wich i have in version 4.6 installed.
Due to this setting my DVD Ripping Speed slows
down to 2x.
..... Sorry this is not true.........................

As i use SPTI the speed goes up to
7x or 8x. My DVD Burner / Ripper is a Pioneer
A 04 with two4all 1.31 Firmware.
....................

today i tried a few DVD's and all could only
be ripped by 2x with my Pioneer.
My first Rip's i made with a toshiba SDR 5002 DVD-R Drive
(the new one here in the forum is somewhere a link to
the review of the toshiba drive)
this drive would rip with 8x.
Sorry for the confusion.
...................................................

Maybe the Problem belongs to my Motherboard
I got a Via Chipset with Athlon XP. But still,
the Ripping Drive is conected to a Promis Controller
and the A04 drive belongs to the Via Bus Controller.

Anybody who encountered the same Problems

Best regards

Vor

Just to make it clear i have this problems with the files
on my harddrive and if i burn them, also on the DVD-R or DVD-RW
either in standalone or PC.

Would someone tell me what the purpose of the "Transfer Length" slider is? Which is preferred 32K or 64K?
