Hi,

I wish to encode an 1 houre radio session (wav format) in ogg format (wich I suppose is the best to encode small filesize with acceptable quality).

Wich settings do I have to use to have the minimum filesize with an acceptable quality?

There are the settings I use for the moment :

"C:\Downloads\OggMachine 0.5\OggMachinev0.5\BeSweet.exe" -core( -input "C:\VAC - 2002.10.31.wav" -output "C:\VAC - 2002.10.31.ogg" -logfilea BeSweet.log ) -ota( -g max ) -boost( /b=2db ) -ogg( -q 0.001 ) -profile( The OggMachine v0.5 )

Is it fine or can I use other settings?

Thx to help me. Maybe Mp3Pro is better for my case?

PS : I don't want to hear metalic sound.

you can even use -q0.

yes, mp3pro would sound better, but on the other hand, vorbis is free.
