Program: ReStream 0.86

Hello to all,

Just saw it on the Doom9 site, released 6-11-2002: Restream 0.86.
Also a transcoder like ReMpeg but you have to demux the complete title set to .m2v with Vobedit then load it into ReStream 0.86.

As far as I can see ReStream is NOT a new ReMpeg and does not do anything other than rewrite the flags on an existing stream - eg making the header lie about the bitrate (useful for fooling Scenarist to allow the stream to be muxed)

The only thing I was trying to figure is if it could be used to make an existing m2v stream more friendly to IfoEdit for a remux but I dont think that even that is possible.

I think that if it really was a "miracle cure" it would be a hot topic of discussion on here as opposed to the odd thread here and there.
