BeSweet and Gain

Hi,

I hope this is not a stupid question, but I didn't find any detailed description for this.

Which gain method produces the better quality for AC3 to mp3 encoding?
Refering to the BeSweet GUI:

"Auto Find Maximum Gain" in the Azid section or
"Auto Gain - Post Gain" in BeSweet section?

I normally use lame's "-alt-preset standard" or "-alt-preset extreme" for encoding.

The time it take to encode the mp3-file doesn't matter.
