Two days ago, vdub 1.4.10 began to crash everytime at the end of an encoding pass ( first or second, with credits enabled ), with different sources ( but all buffy's episodes frameserved through avisynth ). I was using Xvid ( Koepi's 31/10/02 )+ b-frames, and at the end, whether vdub said 'memory cannot be read' or it closed itself without any message. I first tried to upgrade Xvid to 04/11/02 build, but same problem occured. I could only solved it with upgrading vdub to 1.4.11.
So why make a bug report for an old version of vdub would you say ?
Because I was using Xvid + B-frames + Vdub 1.4.10 since a lot of time, and the crashes came very recently without I knowing why, and I don't want it to happen again with vdub 1.4.11. I installed several mods for vdub ( VdubASF, VdubAVS, VdubOGM, VdubAVS&OGM, Nandub, in this order ) could one of these be responsible for the crashes ? Else, what could have broken my version of vdub 1.4.10. It didn't try yet to reinstall vdub 1.4.10, I don't have time for the moment, and everything is fine with 1.4.11, but perhaps I will try later ( something says me it will also work fine ).
