Hello to all,

Just downloaded the new Ifoedit 0.95 and VOBEdit 0.6.
Derrow, great work m8 !
Had some e-mail correspondence with you about 'shakey' video in some movies after a transcode with ReMPEG 1.5.2.
You were very kind to answer me, and you said that when the new Ifoedit would come out (0.95) it would not matter from witch source the .m2v file came.
Using the Doom9 guideline and ReMPEG2 1.5.2. I tried to downsize Back To The Future 1.
I know, already posted this issu before, but I tought the 'shakey' video (between 9-10 mins.) would be over when I used the new authoring feature from Ifoedit 0.95.
All went ok, no errors, but still the shakey video between 9-10 mins. remains.
However, if I watch the .m2v file in Power DVD the video is ok, no 'shakey' image or artifacts.
I don't get it, does something goes wrong when multiplexing back the video/audio and subtitle ????
The movie is PAL Progressive (NON-Interlaced), but the Warner Bros logo before the movie is PAL Interlaced.
It is possible that this messes up the video, but then why does the .m2v file playes back ok in Power DVD without any problems ?
Also, it's not easy to hack this out, because the Warner Bros logo is part of the first VTS_01_1.VOB.
But strange is that if I downsize Oceans Eleven/Speed (not full widescreen, but with black bars on top and bottom) no problems at all with the video/audio or ReMpeg 1.5.2 !
So I think somewhere in the multiplex process something goes wrong, or not ???????

Best regards and greetz,

Kenwood

P.s. Derrows reply on my e-mail:

Currently I won't mess around anymore with the
remuxing of Tmpgenc transcoded movies.

With the new authoring feature, this won't be an issue
in future.
Let me finish my authoring feature, so that it workes
perfectly, then you will be able to use any transcoder
to copy your DVDs.
