I'm getting a lot of artifacts in my encoding with rempeg on what I think is the highest settings... Can somebody give me their settings that give the best quality to match up with mine? Here's what I'm using now:
Priority: high
Parallel Threads: 2 (dual amd rig)
Bite rate: 90
Frame mode: match source
Search technique: Full (half pel checked)
Performance: reference DCT (Calculate PSNR Checked. Show RC info checked,Use ISSE checked)
Preprocessing brightness: 0 (high quality scaling checked)
I'm processing a 5GB vob file (Fast and the Furious) No audio
Output resolution: 720X480
