On a serious note, i am actually doing a Pilates exercise program at the moment to try and ease chronic low back pain - and i can really recommend it. If any folks out there are suffering from middle/low back pain ( and trust me, i know how much this can effect your life ) i would say give the Pilates program some investigation, it may be just what your body needs. It ain't cheap but i found it really worth it.
