Demuxing from Panasonic DMR-E20

I have had this on the back burner for months and have been struggling to succesfully achieve this.
THE DMR E20 does a quality encoding job. However I want to reauthor the front end or just produce loop plays.
I have tried demuxing the files using TMPGenc tools having first copied the VOB to Hard drive but without a lot of success.
What should I be doing to get back to an MPEG stream that I can use and how would I work when the VOB's are split into VOB 1 and VOB 2

If your project is on disc or is a mountable disc image then you could use DVDdecrypter to demux your streams http://www.doom9.org/dvddec.htm

Or you could use VOBedit http://www.doom9.org/mpg/ifoedit-dvdauthor.htm
