Scenarist motion menu question

I've got a motion menu, but I need to delay the start of the subtitles (i.e. the buttons). I've been all over the Highlight and Advanced Effects area of the simulation window (other places too, but these seemed the most likely) and can't find anything that seems to do the job.

Thought it might be the "Start Time To Video", but Scenarist actually crashes if I change that field......

Also, anybody know what the "F", "S", "W", Red Dot, and Arrow section in the Advanced Effects does - I can't seem to get anything to happen using them (just curiosity on this one).

OK, never mind on the "F", "S", etc..... I found those in the manual - wasn't looking under subtitle....

....and after fiddling around for an hour or two - I figured out how to do it..... Go back to the track edit and offset the highlight track.... Doh... I kept trying to solve it in the Scenario editor :>)
