Hy, try this steps:
1-Dvddecrypter ( all on HD )
2- Dvd2avi ( extract movie - m2v and audio - Ac3 ) and Vfapi
3- Subrip ( extract the subs if needed )
4- CCE ( downsizeing of the film )
5- Dvdmaestro or Scenarist ( compile the Ac3 and m2v files to VOBS ). You can use Spruceup if no subs are needed.
6- Burn ( Nero, Prassi, Instant dvd-cd,...)
Follow the excelent guide http://www.doom9.org/mpg/maestro2.htm
If more info needed try do a search in the site :D
