CSPF in BBMPEG or Mplex

Hello All,

When using BBMpeg or Mplex to multiplex Video and Audio together, in the Progress / Log window does anyone know what CSPF is?
I use either CCE or TMPGenc to encode the Video and I try to keep the settings the same as possible, but:
If I encode the Video with CCE, the CSPF is reported as 0.
If I encode the Video with TMPGenc, the CSPF is reported as 1.
Does this have any relevence to anything? maybe AV sync issues?
