jerky pictures after remux

im wanting to make a copy of terminator 2 ive ripped it to my hard drive no probs, created new ifo and vidts with ifoedit encoded the vid stream which is ok but my problem comes after remuxing the vid stream ive got a very jerky picture which pauses every second, whats going on

What did you re-encode the video with?

i re -encoded with ifo edit its all im able to use at the moment...its took me 2 months to master this. i havn't had any other problems with any other films only T2 special edition im going to try an earlier version!!
