I found this little bug present in Nic's builds and Keopi's builds as well. It seems to only appear during certain movies and when I use the MPEG Quant type.
This one I decided to post.
American Beauty 2 pass.
[1st pass]
Motion: 6
Quant: H.263
FCC: XVID
MAX l-Frame: 300
MIN l-Frame: 1
No bframes
[2nd pass]
[Global]
is the same save Quant type was MPEG-Custom
[Quants]
Min l and P frame: 2
Max l and P frame 31
[Two Pass]
frame boost: 0
Below l-frame: 10
l-frame reduction: 20
High: 20
Low: 20
delay: 400
Playback with bias
No altCC
This has happened before on an encode of Blade...that time I was using Quant MPEG on both passes. Actually it only shows up when I used MPEG. This is the first time I have used MPEG-Modulated.
Here are a couple of screen shots. I increase the contrast on the second one so that the dots are more visible. They are hard to see unless you resize your browser to the file resolution and throw it over a dark desktop or web page.
