TMPGEnc Codecs

Is it possible to use codecs other than what TMPGEnc uses/comes with?
If so, would it be worthwhile?:confused:

I'm not really sure what you are asking for? What do you wish to achieve? TMPGEnc itself is an MPEG *encoder*, but can utilise virtually any Windows-installed system codec for file *decoding* (reading).

Please be more specific about what you need to know.
