I've installed Divx3.11a and some others codecs.

I can use mpeg 4.v.4 (fm) with CapTV, Avi_Io, VirtualVCR... but whenever i try to use with it VirtualDub, it accepts my configurations and then...
procceeds to capture with mpeg 4.v.3 (low motion)!

Could any kindred spirit clarify this?

Not sure why you'd want to cap with those codecs, but try setting it then going into the preferences box and set it as default and see if it still switches. Not sure why it would switch, but if you can cap with vdubvcr, why are you trying to cap with regular vdub? vdubcvr is vdub with some special features that make capping easier.
