AC3 Delay?

What's the quickest way of finding out the delay in the Audio on a DVD for authoring into IfoEdit?

load up your vobs in dvd2avi, select demux in audio>dolby, select your track # and go to file>save project. it'll start demuxing the ac3 stream and create a project file. cancel after a couple of seconds and look at the file name for the ac3 file, the delay will be there.
