No audio and can't change settings on .ogm files

I just got an OGM video file but I'm having a few problems. I've installed DVobSub_2.16, ffdshow and OggDS. Other people have installed these codecs and it's worked fine for them with no problems however when I do this I get no audio and I can't change a lot of settings i.e. enable subtitles etc. Anyone know how I can get around this?

First deinstall DVobSub and retry. There are several conflicts between DVobSub and OggDS resp. SubDS. Then in OggDS's Vorbis decoder there is a setting to use Integer or Floating point PCM. Change that may help you get your audio.
