I'm looking to build a pc for viewing movies on my television set. I would like to get the cheapest video card I possibly can that has halfway decent tv-out. Any recommendations?

Not sure what you consider "cheap" but I've been using the GeForce2 MX400 (w/ s-video out) and it works great. It's currently listed at US$31 on www.pricewatch.com, though you might find it cheaper.

If you can get a Matrox they have the best tv-out but unfortunantly I don't know their prices. If not get any radeon card, I think best buy has some for $40 that are called Radeon VE they should have good tv out.

The geforce2 sounds like a good price. From the reviews i see of it there arent any major probs with the tv out, so it looks like thats what I'll get :)
