best min. and max quantizer for real time video screen capture, using camtasia, for p

What is the best or most favorable settings for the maximum and minimum quantizers for window screen captures, using a program like camtasia. I am looking for the divx 5 setting for the highest framerate it can give me. so far i dont care about the bitrate, i set the bitrate to 2000, and the performance to 'fastest' but im looking for what i can do with the maximum and minimum quantizer settings. at this point i dont care about the size of the video, i just need to have the highest frame rate during capture.

If you don't care about the bitrate - just set Divx5 to 100% quality (which is the same as min & max quant 2). Then set encoding speed to "fastest", turn off all the pro-options like b-frames and q-pel and you should get the maximum available framerate.
