TmpgEnc Interlace problem

I was encoding many avi's to SVCD with dvd2svcd, everything perfect, but from some time ago, i guess after encoding some dvd's, i get a poor results. I found that on TMPGENC setting I have Encoding mode set to Interlace, what should be Non-interlace and I don't know a way to change it when encoding with dvd2svcd.
I guess the poor quality (blockiness) is the result of this setting, is there a way to change it in tmgenc project file, or what does affect this setting?

"Blockiness" shouldn't be a result of interlaced source, whether you deinterlace or not. Please post your DVD2SVCD logfile so we can see your specific settings and give you instructions as per how to resolve the poor quality you are experiencing.
