This is a question for all the Scenarist gurus ... After I re-encode with CCE I use pulldown with "-drop_frame true" flag and import the .m2v into Scenarist with no problem. Now when I go to change the video file to "drop frame" in Scenarist the timecode of the movie changes. As a result when I import my chapters they are all screwed up. Anyone know how to avoid this? And should I be using drop frame in both pulldown and Scenarist?

I appreciate any replies.

Scenarist seems to ignore any (non)drop-frame flags in the MPEG2 files themselves, so setting it to DF will force the MPEG file to DF. Where did you get your timing for the chapters? Make sure the chapter timing is in DF. Also you could just change the chapter timecodes to DF if they are in NDF. Simple math, really, and there are many timecode calculators out there for free download.
