Hi all.
I need to know can every factories write DVD-9 or not?
I need to know because I see that the DVDs those are "all" are DVD-5 and only original DVDs are DVD-9
So I need to know the factories can't burn DVD-9 or if they can , why those DVDs are DVD-5.
Thanks in advance

I don't think you'll find a replicator that actually burns discs... they get pressed. Furthermore there is no DVD-9 burner ;)
And now, why don't you call up the shop you're interested in and ask them? I suppose these days every shop can press DVD-9s but it can't hurt to verify for yourself.

It is more expensive to get a DVD-9 pressed than a DVD-5 hence if a movie can fit on a single layer they may as well save themselves some money and create a DVD-5.

So I wanted to know that can every factories press DVD-9 and how much money is different between pressing DVD-5 and DVD-9
