What TMPGEnc settings are compliant for Maestro?

Searched around this time but I need to be sure of something before plunging in without results.
I want to create DVD compliant streams for Maestro with TMPGEnc but want to know if I should use Force Film in DVD2AVI or None and should I follow the same settings suggested in Doom9's guide to configue TMPGEnc. I read the CCE/Maestro guide but CCE is out of my reach. Should I encode with Force Film and use the pulldown.exe or should I just encode straight to 29.97?

I found (for me anyway) i get best results doing force film on all films and using pulldown. I do all my movies at full resolution. Not saying this works for everyone, but so far so good. In the past when i did not use force film and it encoded at 29.97 i had probs of it not being smoothe.
